    you’re right
bodybuilding is based on creating stress on the muscle to make them grow, and yes if u want to kreate stress in your muscles you should do those arnold’s routines but thats almost imposible, remembrer that arnold was juiced and he regenerated a lot faster from trainings, this routine is an ideal routine but its not human to restore your muscles that fast, the next day you’ll be sore, in my opinion you should do really clasical movements, remember to train oldskool to look oldskool

this is wrong. if your trying to get big read arnolds workout bible. he stresses high number of sets with heavy weight. for example 4 sets of 15,10,8,6,4 for a particular exercise. nutrition is a MUST for this type of workout, since it is so intense you will not recover without creatine and whey protein. However if u take nutrition this workout is tremendously effective and gets you HUGE.

Don’t listen to ericpelletier557, if you wan’t to lose weight or cut up DO NOT lower the weight you use. You must continue to lift heavy, otherwise you risk losing strength and muscle mass. Fat loss comes through a good diet (DON’T starve yourself) and exercise (heavy weights that you can safely lift and cardio).

if you are looking to get cut, simply grab some weights that are light for you but do at least 20 to 25 reps, depending on the muslces you want to excersice. If you want to give your muscles some size, then grab really heavy weights, and do 6 to 8 reps.
