I use a variation of angles in each exercise, this helps to involve more muscle fibres and loosen the joints. Posing and flexing can help to keep blood pumping to the muscles so i would recommend while taking a break in between sets, and on the transition between exercises, flexing your muscles, stretching, and holding poses for 5-10 seconds. this can give you an even greater pump and help to flush acid from your muscles causing them to tire early. keeping your heart rate up is important for the fat burning properties of this workout, so the harder you work the more effective the programme becomes.
